If you play in FR limp fests, then it is not so easy to iso in which case 23/17 is more than honorable. Results speak for themselves anyway, I don't think I have ever reached a 22bb per 100 winrate in the long run, although I probably have over 10 to 15k hands where I ran particularly good.
